Is £495 the total cost?
Our fixed fee is £495. Court fees are separate and paid directly to the Probate Office. Costs are reclaimed from the estate.
Do I need an agent to value property?
We recommend professional valuations for all assets. You should also seek up-to-date balances of all bank accounts, ISA’s etc.
Do you offer legal or tax advice?
No, we don’t offer tax or legal advice. We draft the documentation based on your instructions.
How long does it take?
Most straightforward grants are issued within weeks, though times vary by registry.
What if my case turns out to be complex?
We’ll let you know straight away and explain your options. We’ll also refund you our fee.
What if I discover further assets after the issuing of the Grant?
